Obedience and banality, these are the things we all secretly look for in life. One clear example plays outside in the ordinary streets: Street objects control our way of moving and being in the public space (and we enjoy that). In contradiction with the subjects I worked with before, I started to research street objects and their social construct and how throughout history, many philosophers have dealt with objects in a social light. The restrictions and obedience opened a sentiment inside of me, and over time these objects started to feel like home. In order to take the viewer on a journey, I’ve created a maze (website), some installation proposals, an Instagram, some homage web pages, drawings, paintings and many more. I have taken these objects into my home and into my heart.
